Join us for this valuable opportunity for high school counselors, community college advisors, and administrators to gain deeper insights into the offerings and opportunities available at New Mexico State University.

Directions and Parking
From University Avenue, turn into campus on S. Triviz Drive on the east end of campus near the Pan American Center. From Triviz, take a right on Arrowhead Drive and then a right on Stewart Street. Continue down Stewart to S. Locust Street where you will turn right into the parking lots. You are welcome to park in any of the three lots. We will have a sign out by University Avenue, at the appropriate turns, and a sign to show you where to park.
Meals
- Lunch and dinner will be provided on Thursday, March 27.
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Friday, March 28.
Attire
Casual dress and comfortable walking shoes. We will be meeting in varies locations across campus.
Accommodations
Courtyard Marriott Las Cruces is offering a discounted rate of $134/night (before taxes and fees) for this event. To get the discounted rate, call 575-526-1722 and ask for the "Group rate for NMSU Counselors Reservations." Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00 p.m. on arrival day and reserved until 12:00 p.m. on departure day. All reservations must be received by March 12, 2025.
